Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made within 48 hours of your expected appointment will be charged 50% of the service booked. Cancellations made within 12 hours or earlier before the appointment time OR a “no show” will be charged 100% of the service booked. We will require a credit card at the time of booking.
LATE POLICY: It is my goal to provide the best service possible for you and all my clients. With respect to that if you arrive more than 15 minutes late it will be considered a missed appointment and at that point, you will have to reschedule your appointment to another day and/or time.
